MNS Low-voltage Withdrawable Switchgear
MNS series of Low-voltage Withdrawable Switchgear is a combined type cabinet (FBA) assembled from standard modules by the factory, is applicable for power systems of AC50~60Hz, rated operating voltage up to and including 660V in power plants, transformer substations, petrochemical engineering, metallurgy, steel rolling, transportation energy, light industry, textile and other industrial enterprises and residential areas, high-rise buildings and so on, used for electric energy conversion, distribution and control. It complies with the standards GB7251 Low-voltage switchgear assembly, JB/T9961 Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear assembly, and the international standards IEC439-1 and VDE0660-part IV.
Service conditions
Ambient air temperature should be within - 5°C~ +40C, average temperature within 24h should not exceed +35C. Atmospheric conditions: air should be clean. Relative humidity should not exceed 50% at +40C,higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature condition, for instance, 90% at +20C,please take measures for the dew produced on the product caused by temperature changeoccasionally.
Altitude: not exceed 2000m. Ambient temperature for storage and transportation: - 25C~+55C, short time (usually not beyond 24h) highest temperature not exceed 70C. The product should not be subject to any irreversible damage under the extreme temperature and should be able to work normally under the normal conditions. Any special requirements beyond the abovementioned conditions can be settled through friendlynegotiation. We'd like to come to an agreement separately for the product intended for offshore oil drilling platforms and nuclear power stations.
The basic structure of the switchgear is assembly by C-shaped profile. C-shaped profile is bent by steel plate with modular mounting hole of E=25mm. All shelves and inner partitions are treated with galvanized purification; door and side panels are treated with high- pressure electrostatic spray.
Power distribution center cabinet (PC): Emax, MT, 3WN, AH and ME series circuit breakers can be used.
Motor control center cabinet (MCC): assembled by drawers of different sizes, the main circuit breakers use moulded-case circuit breaker of high breaking capacity or rotary switch with fuses.
Power factor automatic compensation cabinet (it has manual, automatic and remote power factor compensation device). The withdrawable MCC cabinet is divided into three compartments, namely the horizontal bus chamber behind the cabinet, the functional unit chamber on the front left of the cabinet and the cable chamber on the front right of the cabinet. The horizontal bus chamber and the functional unit chamber are separated by functional plates made of flame -retardant foamed plastic. The cable chamber, the horizontal bus chamber and the functional unit chamber are separated by steel plates.
Rear outlet line is designed to reduce the width of the switchgear, the main bus is mounted horizontally on the top of the switchgear, the rear part of the switchgear is the cable chamber, and inlet and outlet cables are connected in the rear cable chamber. The front of the switchgear is functional unit chamber to install switching equipment. The system moves the cable chamber on the side of the switchgear to the rear cabinet, which greatly reduces the arrangement width of switch and further meets the requirements of the space layout of the substation. The width of feeder cabinet is 600mm, and its depth is 1000/1 200mm, its top is independent main bus chamber, which is isolated from the functional unit chamber. The effective installation height of the functional unit chamber is 72E(E=25mm). It is separated from the rear cable chamber by multi- -function plate,which makes full use of installation space of the switchgear, so the structure is compact and the unit configuration is flexible. The rear cable chamber has a door, which is easy for installation and maintenance. The width of the incoming cabinet is determined by the frame current of the ncoming unit, with a recommended width of 400/600/800/1000mm and depth of 1000mm. The drawer unit has reliable mechanical interlocking position that is controlled by operating handle, which has clear and accurate closing, test, withdraw and isolate positions. To enhance safety precautions, padlocks can be added after positioning the operating handle, and three locks can be added at most. When drawer unit is in place, it must act in strict accordance with the operation switch function and its position, otherwise structural components are easy to be damaged, please pay attention to it during operation.
