Product Description

Cold rotary cutting type motorcycle tire tread extrusion cooling line

This machine is mainly composed of take-up, contraction, continuous weighting, marking, calendaring and sticking base system, cooling, speed set point setting, cutting, accelerated separation, water blow-off, inspection, spreading and spraying rubber cement, pick-up device etc., and designed according to the domestic and foreign advanced technologies, with speed regulation by AC frequency conversion, PLC control, entire line synchronization, no stretching for products.
Application
The whole line works from tire tread extruding to line drawing, printing, cooling and the process of cutting, drying, collecting and weighing, with the same speed as the extruder.
